We want to make sure that our clients are satisfied with the assistance we give to them and the way they are treated during the course of their retentions.

The terms and conditions set "herein" relates to LIAC Educational Assistance service only.

Clients who have a valid agreement under Option-3 Representation in relation to Immigration Advice and Services must consult our main Terms and Conditions here, separately.

LIAC Educational Assistance:- Terms and Conditions of Offer:

Potential users of LIAC educational assistance agrees that:

• LIAC is not an Educational course provider and can not be held liable for any matter arising out of the conduct of any advertised educational course provider/s on LIAC publications.


• Acceptance of LIAC educational assistance will not give rise to a client relationship with LIAC without an agreement under LIAC Option-3 representation service.


• LIAC expressly provide educational assistance on meeting the educational course provider/s fee as an offeror without prejudice to the offeree on any advert that it may made available to the public.


• LIAC educational assistance may be used by anyone including individual and organisations worldwide WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION FROM LIAC.


• Where discount course fee code/s is made public; the said code may be used/distributed/shared by anyone including individual and organisations worldwide WITHOUT PRIOR PERMISSION FROM LIAC.


• LIAC assistance is limited to meeting the cost of the relevant advertisement course / skill fee/s on any listed educational course provider/s on LIAC publications.


• Potential users of LIAC services are not bound to accept its assistance in meeting the said fees.


• By accepting LIAC offer, of Educational assistance; potential user agrees that, he/she/they has/have taken reasonable step to verify the reputation of the advertised educational course provider/s prior to accepting LIAC educational assistance.

LIAC INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS SCHOLARSHIPS UK UNIVERSITY PROGRAM:

Scholarships Applicant/s seeking to benefit from LIAC International Students Scholarships UK University Programme including Northern Ireland, Ireland, Dubai and Malaysia Campuses agrees as follows:

That, LIAC shall only make financial award upon applicant/s’ successful enrolment at his/her/their chosen university and that, the original admission application would be initially checked by LIAC to protect its integrity before being passed on to be processed through UCAS registered partners to the applicant/s chosen university/ies.

Individual applicant agrees that he/she/they is/are required to meet their chosen course eligibility / entry requirements before applying to the university to avoid rejection.

Applicant/s expressly agrees to their required university admission documentations including personal information to be processed through partners to the applicant/s chosen university.

Applicant agrees that LIAC has exclusive rights to reject any pre- admission documentations and or terminate its offer without providing an explanation of rejection or termination to the applicant/s and or applicant/s' agent.

i. LANGUAGECERT VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE:

1. Potential Purchaser/s of Languagecert Voucher agreed and acknowledged that he/she/they understood the following principles prior to making purchase on any of LIAC publications.

ii. CONDITIONS OF SALE:

• 1. We herein refers to as (LIAC and subsidiaries) provide redeemable Languagecert voucher (evoucher - voucher code that is usually sent to email or mobile phone) to help candidates meet the cost of their ESOL SELT Exam bookings; Worldwide.


• 1(a). LIAC expressly provide educational assistance on meeting the educational course provider/s fee as an offeror without prejudice to the offeree (Potential purchaser as in this case) on any offer that it may made available to the Public.


• 2. The aforesaid principle overrides any matter arising in the course of LIAC dealings with potential purchaser of Languagecert Voucher.


• 3. Potential purchaser agrees and acknowledges that Languagecert Voucher is expressly sold as self-supported by LIAC for the purpose of purchaser / end user redeeming on Languageert.Org.


• (a). Potential Purchaser of Languagecert voucher agrees that, due to frequency of change to the UK Immigration rules; they have already consulted the updated UK Government guidance on English language exams for their chosen immigration applications and are responsible for ensuring they take the correct exam.


• 4. Potential purchaser agrees and acknowledges that LIAC owes no obligation to provide booking assistance upon purchase of Languagecert Voucher. In other words, potential buyers bear responsibility to initiate their own bookings on Languagecert.Org without LIAC assistance.


• 5. Potential purchaser agrees that, should he/she/they requires exam bookings or support, they are required to telephone LanguageCert Support Team on: +44 20 3564 7044 for an assistance with their SELT Exam bookings using voucher code that has been provided by LIAC upon sale.


• 6. For business efficacy reasons; Potential purchaser agrees that, we reserve the exclusive right to disapprove any Languagecert Voucher order made to us by any purchaser with or without any explanation or reason/s to the purchaser and that the exact amount paid by the purchaser shall be refunded by us upon the purchaser order been rejected after purchase.


• 7. Order Processing Upon Approval During Business Hours on Monday - Friday, between 09.00 - 18.00: Potential purchaser agrees that, large order of more than one evoucher and any order that is received outside of our business hours may take longer than 24 hours to be delivered to the purchaser.


• iii) LIAC reserve the right to amend and or terminate its offer including the terms and conditions of its Educational Assistance at ANY TIME without prior notice to the public or potential user/s of its services.

1.6 WARNINGS AND POLITE NOTICE AGAINST UNREASONABLE BEHAVIOUR DURING YOUR COURSE OF DEALING WITH US:

The Crime and Disorder Act (1998) defines anti-social behaviour (ASB) as “acting in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to one or more persons not of the same household as (the complainant)”.

It is therefore LIAC policy that we do not expect our clients or prospective clients to engaged in the following conducts towards our staffs during their course of dealing with us:-

• Noise nuisance towards our staffs


• Harassment towards our staffs


• Alcohol abuse during your visit to our office


• Racist and hate incidents towards our staffs


• Violence behaviour towards our staffs


• Littering during your visit to our office

1.6 (b) NOTE:

We shall ask such candidates to disengage from such behaviour and if after been warned and they persist in doing the same or kinds; we shall terminate our session with them and ask them to leave our premise until when such behaviour is remedied.

Also, where our staff considers the incident or the pattern of behaviours serious enough, we shall terminate their consultation / interview session and subsequently ask them to leave our premise until when such behaviour is remedied.

NOTE:

For those who have a valid contractual agreement under Option-3 Representation Service - Details of our terms and condition of service shall be sent to them via our client care letter upon our engagement of their immigration matter.
